6. Processing Of Personal Information
eSHEQ Comply may process personal information relating to clients, prospective clients, service providers, business contacts, and website users for service delivery, client communication, legal compliance, contract administration, invoicing, payment processing, and business operations.

Requests for access to records must be submitted in writing to the Information Officer at info@esheqcomply.com. The request should include full particulars of the requester, a description of the record requested, the reason for requesting the record where applicable, and the preferred form of access.
